Elders Walker Glass can create and fit leaded panels for churches across the Co Durham area

Elders Walker Glass Limited are renowned throughout the North East, for the manufacture and installation of leaded panels. Many local churches and heritage sites have availed our services over the years. One of our most recent renovation projects to date (December 2011), was the repair and re-leading of several vintage leaded panels to the Kings Head Hotel in Darlington, which was severely ravaged by fire in August 2008.

We can repair and re-lead any type of leaded panel regardless of age, damage or condition.

New genuine leaded panels or imitation panels with applied coloured film and lead strip, can be manufactured to bespoke designs. The picture portrayed here is of two leaded panels manufactured and donated by us to the Head Of Steam Museum in Station Road Darlington, which is directly adjacent to our McNay Street site. The panels celebrate the North Road Stations 150th anniversary and are on permanent display within the museum.
